Reflexology is an ancient technique dating back to Egyptian metaphysics. The action is applying pressure to specific acupoints on the hands, feet and ears treating ailments that may be connected to those corresponding areas of the body. As the feet, ears and hands can reflect the rest of the body in bone structure, organ position, systems and muscle tissue it can be quite effective. This technique is incorporated in a full body massage and uses a signature shea butter with clients choice of scented oil to deepen relief of any discomfort the client may be experiencing.

This unique treatment uses a special assortment of Thai Herbs, such as ginger, turmeric and lemongrass; that are then wrapped in a round compress, steamed and pressed onto fatigued or achy muscles. The heated tissue will then become more open to manipulation while the herbs will provide a detoxifying boost as well as relieve inflammation and strain.
