My Approach

As the owner of Sky Mtn Massage LLC, I strive to listen and empathize with my clients so that together we can identify the core of an issue and work on releasing symptoms of tension. Through experience, I believe personal development in self-awareness is key to understanding the body's needs in the healing process. Massage & Bodywork can help bring awareness to our senses and realign the body-mind connection. I encourage clients to practice feeling comfortable with vulnerability in order to uncover mental or physical blocks. Over all this can create a more fulfilling experience to grow, let go and heal. The goal is to promote extended relief and an overall sense of transformation in your well-being.

I have been a very happy client of Skylar's for 6 years. She's intuitive with my body and where I hold my tension . My muscles feel relaxed and refreshed after a massage with her!
